The tip is on the importance of water in overall health. I think, although some people are told that water is important, there is never a real knowledge of why. It’s not only good for weight loss, but it’s also good for digestive health, vitamin uptake, and skin care.Water is amazing.If you want to know how much water you have to take in each day, simply take your weight (in lbs) and divide it by two. That number is the amount of ounces you need to keep yourself properly hydrated. :)
